Job DescriptionAs a Senior Estimator at Ganem Construction, you will lead the estimating and preconstruction efforts on projects from initial pursuit through final pricing. This role goes beyond quantity takeoffs and pricing, you will be responsible for strategy, leadership, and ownership of the estimating process, working closely with Project Executives (PX), design teams, and ownership.You will drive trade partner engagement, and ensure that all estimates align with project goals, market conditions, and company standards.
